Job Description

• Responsible for acquiring and maintaining high‑value clients. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s products and solutions and drive sustained growth in trades, assets and revenue through professional engagement and tailored solutions. This role is highly KPI‑driven, requires a strong goal orientation, fast learning ability, and acceptance of frequent travel. • Development & Expansion • Source and acquire potential high‑value clients through multiple channels (in‑person visits, industry conferences, communities, referrals, etc.), including but not limited to professional traders and family offices. • Quickly profile and identify high‑potential target clients, and build and maintain a pipeline of leads with an appropriate engagement cadence. • Client Relationship Management & Performance • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct regular reviews to understand clients’ trading needs, capital scale and product requirements. • Be accountable for key metrics (KPIs) of assigned clients such as asset size, trading volume and revenue contribution, and meet monthly/quarterly performance targets. • Product & Solutions Advisory • Gain in‑depth knowledge of mainstream trading platforms and product lines (e.g., spot, futures, options, Earn/wealth management, structured products, etc.) to provide clients with comparative analyses and professional recommendations. • Collect client requirements and pain points; collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver customized solutions for priority clients. • Industry Insight & Continuous Learning • Keep up with industry developments, competitors’ strategies and new product forms, rapidly absorb new knowledge and generate valuable insights and recommendations for clients. • Regularly provide client/market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform internal strategy and product iteration from a frontline perspective.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry, with hands‑on use or service experience of major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc.
  • Ability to quickly identify and screen target clients, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong relationship management. Experience managing high‑potential clients is preferred. Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives and risk‑return concepts is required; candidates with backgrounds in banking, brokerages or asset management are preferred. Customer service or operations experience is a plus.
  • Clear KPI and results orientation; comfortable measuring performance with data.
  • Able to tolerate a high‑intensity work pace and frequent travel/onsite client visits.
  • Highly self‑driven, resilient under pressure, and able to find pathways and drive execution in uncertain environments.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related fields preferred.
