Job Description
• Full ownership of pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing with SMBs and Enterprise customers
• Generating and managing pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing
• Running high-quality discovery calls to understand customer problems and align Junction’s solution
• Driving complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare
• Handling objections with resilience and empathy, focusing on ethical selling and long-term relationships
• Negotiating terms and structuring deals that create value for both Junction and customers
• Partnering closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery
Job Requirements
- 3-7+ years experience selling in SMBs + enterprise customers
- Driven hunter who thrives on building pipeline and closing new business in fast-moving environments
- Ethical, consultative selling — building trust with customers while holding the line for the company
- Solving complex problems with technology, translating product capabilities into clear value for healthcare stakeholders
- Relationship builder, able to influence clinicians, execs, and operators alike
- Ownership and accountability, rallying teams to find solutions and focusing on delivering real customer impact.
