Job Description

• Act as the primary technical consultant for clients, working directly with them to understand their build infrastructure and processes • Assess customer build systems and provide expert recommendations on how to optimize them using NativeLink’s build caching and remote execution solutions • Configure and integrate NativeLink into customer environments, including both on-premise and cloud-based setups • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build performance, caching, and execution across various environments • Work with clients to define success criteria, track project milestones, and deliver measurable results • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and help improve NativeLink • Conduct training and workshops for clients to help them understand and utilize NativeLink to its full potential • Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization recommendations • Document best practices, case studies, and solutions for future reference and sharing with the broader team • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to build systems, CI/CD, and remote execution

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in build engineering, CI/CD pipelines, or software development
  • Strong understanding of build systems, continuous integration, and build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.)
  • Experience with build caching, remote execution, and distributed systems
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or shell scripting
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues in large-scale environments
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
