Job Description
• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on key automotive accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using a mix of cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and inbound interest.
• Understand each client’s business model, pain points, and global communication needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present and promote TransPerfect’s full suite of services and technology platforms.
• Collaborate with internal solution specialists and production teams to build custom proposals and project budgets.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Represent TransPerfect at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive, mobility, or manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Experience selling services or SaaS-based solutions to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to change.
