- Workday configuration experience with strong expertise in Benefits and Absence Management
- Familiarity with Payroll processes and integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience for HRIS Analyst - Advanced Professional or 6+ years for HRIS Analyst - Senior Professional
