• Collaborate with leadership to identify key priorities, and shepherd and spearhead the delivery of special projects and initiatives. • Establish and track metrics that offer insight into progress, completion, and measures of success. • Develop a deep understanding of the Monad Foundation organizational structure to manage project timelines, resources, and team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of critical launches. • Work cross-functionally and drive internal alignment across the organization, developing understanding and alignment across business (ecosystem, business development, founder community), operational (events, design, recruiting), and technical (engineering, quant, security) teams to realize critical roadmap deliverables. • Facilitate requisite communication and coordination. • Manage meetings and discussions. • Escalate blockers and drive decision-making and resolutions.
