Job Description

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for bridge projects • Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates • Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for bridge safety and durability • Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in bridge design, evaluation, and inspection

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering required
No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred
Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus
