• Serve as the single management lead and technical lead for federal client interactions • Ensure all work complies with contract terms and conditions • Drive productivity and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and mandates • Prevent IT obsolescence and reduce IT maintenance costs • Schedule weekly meetings with development team, helpdesk, and government client to review status of builds, bug fixes and enhancements • Strong verbal, written, organizational and documentation skills
