Job Description
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, helping synthesize complex information, frame decisions, and anticipate risks and opportunities across Finance workstreams.
• Translate the CFO’s priorities into actionable plans and support effective sequencing, resourcing, and execution.
• Lead preparation for Board and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) engagements, ensuring clarity, rigor, and alignment with organizational strategy.
• Provide high-level analytical support – financial, operational, and strategic – to inform long-range planning, new initiatives, and organizational reforms.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives that strengthen Finance’s efficiency, clarity, and impact – including payroll stabilization, monthly close acceleration, AP improvements, and process redesign.
• Provide operational oversight and coordination for the ERP implementation, supporting vendor management, workflow integration, and adoption across Finance teams.
• Manage the CFO’s leadership cadence, including Finance Department Heads (FDH) meetings, global Finance communications, and cross-team alignment mechanisms.
• Lead high-priority, cross-cutting projects that require structured analysis, problem-solving, and organizational coordination.
• Drive improvements to internal performance systems (e.g., OKRs, dashboards, reporting cycles) to increase transparency and accountability.
• Manage and mentor staff within the CFO Office, including interns, analysts, and project managers.
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, organizational strategy, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with structure, clarity, and strong project management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience conducting structured problem-solving and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across diverse cultural and functional contexts.
- Experience driving organizational change, systems implementation, or process improvement.
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information.
