• Work directly with Product and Engineers to ensure the growth and scalability of Funnel’s AI solutions. • Guide the AI product roadmap by providing internal consultancy on business processes and client relationships • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and inform strategic product decisions. • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders on AI product and operational matters • Own end-to-end monitoring, triaging, and resolution of AI operational issues to ensure seamless service delivery. • Establish systematic monitoring frameworks and develop cross-functional procedures that standardize operational approaches across the organization. • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure positive customer experiences from launch through ongoing usage. • Track operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion • Travel: < 5%
