Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of B2C/EdTech marketing experience, with at least 2+ years owning and scaling a high-volume, revenue-focused webinar program
- Proven expertise in Webinar Program Strategy, MarTech architecture (HubSpot/Salesforce integration), and Operations
- Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage a complex portfolio of simultaneous projects and define process discipline for others
- Advanced proficiency with key marketing systems: Zoom Webinars/Events, HubSpot (or equivalent MAP/CRM), and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to use data (e.g., funnel metrics, A/B test results) to drive strategic decisions and program investment
- Comfort with high-volume work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work PST hours for primary webinar delivery (typically 2–7 PM PST)
- Strong Copywriting abilities for landing pages and potentially ad creatives.
