Job Description
• Own the YouTube Strategy: You aren't just uploading. You are researching low-competition keywords, crafting click-worthy titles/thumbnails, and optimizing descriptions for SEO.
• Drive Agent Recruiting: You will curate content specifically designed to attract other real estate agents to our team (showing our culture, our systems, and our wins).
• Manage the Production Flow: You will guide our editors, designers, and AI creators. You provide the vision ("We need a hook here," "Cut this shorter," "Change the b-roll") to ensure the final product converts.
• Repurpose for Reach: You will take our long-form YouTube "Gold" and slice it into high-performing Shorts, Reels, and TikToks to drive traffic back to the main channel.
• Analyze & Adapt: You will report on the metrics that matter (CTR, Retention Rate, Conversion to Lead) and tell us what we need to change to grow faster.
Job Requirements
- Real Estate Experience is Non-Negotiable: You have worked with US Real Estate Agents, Team, or Brokerages for at least 2 years. You know the industry lingo.
- YouTube Growth Expertise: You can show us a channel you helped grow. You understand how the algorithm works, why thumbnails matter, and how to use tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
- Lead Gen Mindset: You understand that content without a Call to Action (CTA) is a wasted opportunity.
- Project Management: You are organized. You can manage a content calendar and keep a creative team on deadline without chaos.
