Job Requirements
- Incredibly strong Excel competency
- Experience in a professional or secondary education financial environment -- bonus points for experience as an analyst or associate in an investment management firm
- Experience with data migration, creating Macros and automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A natural ability to teach folks, addressing questions and concerns with clarity and empathy
- Personal organization and project management skills, owning a process from start to finish
- Professional experience supporting a technical product, such as SaaS or other software in a data-related capacity
- Knowledge of CRM and project management software
