Job Description

• Monitoring and analyzing social media trends, including engagement metrics and audience demographics. • Monitor and generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate with teams to develop ad creatives and messaging that resonates with target audiences. • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform advertising strategies. • Use analytic tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content. • Collaborate with the intelligence insights team to incorporate emerging trends into strategies for outreach and engagement. • Assist in the creation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google ads, YouTube ads, and alternative platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms and social media analytic tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure, taking action and getting things done, both in managing your own workload and that of others.
  • Inquisitiveness and adaptability, particularly in relation to new technology and the use of social media for research.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
