Job Description
Job Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of experience as an Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist, with a proven record of delivering ML/AI models to production
- Demonstrated experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to complex real-world problems with measurable business impact
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical ideas into clear business insights
- Deep experience in NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and/or Reinforcement Learning (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, supply chain, or logistics optimization (preferred)
- Expertise in building and maintaining production-grade ML pipelines using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker) (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence strategy, and mentor junior scientists (preferred)
