Job Description
• Leads customer integrations and deployments with a focus on bridging client data and process
• Develops EHR configurations leading to product retention, data service capabilities
• Works with account management, operations & integration teams
• Collaborates with client leadership and supports growth initiatives
• Enables a data-driven culture that supports innovation, equity, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in healthcare implementation and/or services leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide deployments within healthcare
- Experience managing operations and or support teams driving adoption of products and services
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH), and clinical workflows
- Proven expertise in leading implementations across multiple products and customer types
- Advanced knowledge of Electronic Health Record(s), Patient Accounting, Medical Coding & Audit, and Pharmacy products and workflows
- Degree in Business, Health Information, Data Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field; PhD or MBA.
