Job Description
• Provide evidence‑based, measurement‑informed care
• Complete treatment plans every 90 days
• Complete clinical documentation and submit to receive payment
• Deliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment
Job Requirements
- Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Experience: Providing at least 3 years of behavioral health using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
- Ability to provide telehealth services
- Successful background check
- Must reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting; currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ or DE.
