Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager
- Expertise in recruiting exceptional talent
- Knowledge and experience leading teams building products such as Search, Ranking, or generative AI products at a significant scale
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is an advantage.
