Job Description
• Client Onboarding & Data Management: Collect and organize client data to support onboarding, renewals, and program changes.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Assist in setting up new client accounts, verifying information, and coordinating across teams.
• Placement & Renewal Support: Prepare renewal materials and coordinate with clients and carriers.
• Proposal & Binding: Develop draft client proposals and facilitate the binding process.
• Billing & Accounting Coordination: Partner with accounting teams to manage invoices and ensure compliance.
• Policy Issuance & Documentation: Deliver policies and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Ongoing Client Service: Support mid-term adjustments and respond to client inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, client servicing, or administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance, policy documentation, and billing procedures a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with insurance agency management systems (Epic, CSR24, AMS360, or similar) preferred.
