Job Description
• Support C&E needs within the Pod, collaborating with Account, Creative, Strategy, Project Management, Influencer, Paid Media, and Analytics partners.
• Participate in Pod rituals (standups, reviews, planning sessions) and provide updates on content status, timing, and engagement needs.
• Help maintain day-to-day clarity around content execution, publishing steps, and engagement tasks.
• Ensure C&E workflows integrate smoothly with Creative, Strategy, PM, and production partners.
• Support senior C&E team members by helping maintain documentation, content trackers, and team resources.
• Provide thoughtful feedback and collaborate with peers to deliver high-quality content.
• Contribute positively to team culture through organization, communication, and reliability.
• Execute Pod-specific workflows including publishing, content calendars, and community response frameworks.
• Maintain quality control for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment across assigned deliverables.
• Flag issues, risks, or platform considerations to senior C&E team members.
• Speak confidently to platform best practices, native trends, features, and updates across major platforms, and translate them into actionable recommendations for the brand.
• Develop POVs tailored to clients from start to finish, with support from senior C&E leadership.
• Manage day-to-day content calendars across assigned platforms.
• Build drafts, source assets, update links/docs, and ensure alignment to strategy and brand voice.
• Write and adapt copy in a brand’s voice across platforms, including TikTok + IG nuances.
• Support planning for seasonal, cultural, and reactive content moments.
• Collaborate with Creative partners by providing context, platform guidance, and executional needs.
• Support the creation of content briefs and collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Data & Insights to ensure content is informed by performance, trends, and client objectives.
• Help plan key dates, cultural moments, and strategic beats within the content calendar.
• Monitor client approvals to prevent publishing delays and communicate timing updates to internal teams.
• Recommend adjustments to the calendar when approvals or production timelines shift.
• Execute community management using approved brand voice guidelines and tone frameworks.
• Surface notable conversations, risks, and opportunities to senior C&E leads.
• Support development of community POVs and escalation documentation.
• Identify culturally relevant, real-time engagement opportunities and route for approval.
• Pull data cutdowns, screenshots, examples, and qualitative observations for reporting.
• Help synthesize learnings with direction from senior C&E and Analytics partners.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in social content creation, community management, or publishing.
- Strong working knowledge of major platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X).
- Experience supporting content calendars, drafting posts, monitoring comments, and executing publishing workflows.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adopt brand voice consistently.
- Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Airtable, Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Canva, and Figma.
- A creative background is welcome (no formal requirements).
- Passionate about pop culture and social media trends; actively follows category trends, platform features, and breakthrough social campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to understand what works vs. what doesn’t.
- Experience preparing client-ready documents or communications.
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays, early mornings/evenings) when needed for real-time culture.
