Job Requirements
- 8+ years of campaign leadership experience (e.g., Campaign Manager, Political Director, Organizing Director).
- Demonstrated success managing staff and multi-faceted political or organizing programs.
- Strong understanding of progressive political landscapes, movement-building, and issue advocacy.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and high-stakes deliverables.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information and advise principals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Commitment to progressive values and the Congresswoman’s core issues.
