Job Description

• Drive commercial strategy for Walmart and Sam’s Club for category, sales and profit growth • Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart buyers and internal teams • Lead annual planning processes to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals • Leverage data and insights to activate customer solutions • Meet category distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising goals • Manage trade budget judiciously to drive demand in the category • Monitor and report business performance using business analytical tools • Develop accurate SKU-level forecasts in partnership with planning and marketing • Ensure compliance with Walmart and Sam’s audit requirements • Develop and execute innovative category strategies and initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of CPG sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years working with Walmart & Sam’s Club (deep understanding of the tools and engagement approach across multiple functions)
  • Ability to use a variety of computer technologies and tools including Microsoft Suite, Power BI, Domo, and Salesforce.com
  • Strong written and verbal skills and ability to negotiate
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English required
  • Bilingual skills are desirable
  • Strong business management skills, including financial management skills and a strategic mindset
  • Ability to travel independently up to 50% of the time, valid U.S. driver’s license, and ability to meet Company driving standards
