Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a design firm, agency, or consumer product company
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and visual/graphic design work
- Experience designing responsive web applications (mobile and desktop)
- High attention to detail with a passion for pixel-perfect UI design
- Comfort presenting work and advocating for design decisions
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback and iteration
- Passion for accessible, inclusive design
- Ability to work remotely (if not based in NYC)
- Bonus: Experience with ecommerce or retail brands
