Job Description
• Cultivate and manage relationships with principals, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Act as a key point of contact on principal tax-related matters.
• Oversee and coordinate electronic filing (e-filing) of tax returns and extensions.
• Review, assemble, and validate tax documents ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Direct processes for maintaining client records, both digital and physical.
• Design, implement, and manage workflows to support tax operations.
• Lead initiatives and special projects that improve service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in tax compliance, administration, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of tax deadlines, e-filing, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., GoFileRoom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with leadership.
- High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency as an individual contributor.
