Job Description

• Own and optimize entire paid advertising ecosystem • Manage multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, display, and programmatic platforms • Develop audience segmentation frameworks and annual media plans • Build campaigns from scratch, write ad copy, analyze performance data daily • Run A/B tests and make real-time optimizations • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure alignment with business priorities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business or marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience with programmatic/display advertising platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience
  • Ability to measure success in driving engagement and effectively communicating key metrics
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams, and is adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results
