Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive, evidence-based NPI marketing strategies to promote our mask ecosystem incorporating clinical insights, including KOL engagement, thought leadership, and alignment with evidence generation to support marketing claims. • Translate complex clinical data into compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with healthcare provider audiences and support product adoption across diagnostic and therapeutic pathways. • Acquire deep knowledge of our customers' challenges, industry, and use cases, and communicate the benefits and value proposition clearly and compellingly to target audiences. • Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics while considering unique customer segmentation approaches. • Lead the creation of effective NPI marketing activities in collaboration with ABM, Integrated and Consumer Marketing teams. • Support the sales enablement strategy and execution, ensuring launch readiness and success. • Establish key performance indicators for our mask portfolio and relentlessly measure against performance and success, adjusting marketing strategy as necessary. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create compelling content, marketing resources, and promotional campaigns. • Manage the marketing budget for our mask portfolio and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media ad platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare/clinical marketing is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
