Job Description
• Lead a team of Product Designers in delivering engaging healthcare experiences
• Establish design discipline within the Product organization
• Define and evangelize a design vision aligned with company mission
• Build and scale a design system for frontend development
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product solutions are intuitive and impactful
• Create a robust user research practice to uncover stakeholder needs
• Recruit, manage, and develop a team of designers and researchers
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or related fields
- 3+ years leading and managing design teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating success in scaling design systems and user research functions
- Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience implementing and scaling product analytics and experimentation platforms
- Experience in virtual healthcare strongly preferred
- B2B2C design experience strongly preferred
