• Operate as the client Finance Manager for a Workday implementation program. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client's Finance Workstream Lead, and work collaboratively with the system implementor Finance Workstream Lead to maintain one cohesive Finance Leadership team. • Manage project work plan, risks, actions, and decisions for the Finance workstream. • Ensure that the project RAPID Decision process is executed in a thorough and timely manner by Finance workstream members. • Support administrative needs such as status report creation, scheduling, and notetaking as needed. • Provide guidance to the client to assist in their decision making, risk management, team management and stakeholder engagement responsibilities. • Serve as a liaison to the program management office (PMO) and organizational change management (OCM) workstreams. • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and develop client relationships with minimal oversight. • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution. • Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence. • Possess clear and effective communication skills.
