Job Description
• Develop and oversee strategic tactical plans to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR for multiple hotels
• Responsible for hotel revenue management strategies based on competitive analysis and historical data
• Optimize RevPAR through demand forecasting and effective selling strategies
• Conduct ongoing competitor price/product analyses
• Work with property teams on pricing decisions
• Establish group strategy for effective group pricing
• Implement future strategies to maximize revenue
• Manage all distribution and reservation channels
• Direct weekly revenue meetings with property teams
• Review and implement pricing strategies for transient business segments
• Act as a liaison between electronic distribution channels
• Manage/update current selling strategies and product information across channels
• Facilitate Weekly Revenue Strategy meetings
• Monitor travel related websites for competitiveness
• Maintain accurate historical data for all market segments
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in senior hotel Revenue Management roles
- Multi-property experience required
- Strong familiarity with Marriott-branded hotels
- Proven ability to influence and lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Highly collaborative, ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, and Operations teams
- Comfortable presenting complex analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives and driving performance improvement
- Ability to translate data, trends, and forecasts into actionable insights
- Strong coaching and people development skills
