• The Paralegal Intern will provide support to the Legal Department on a variety of routine legal matters under the general supervision of Corporate Paralegal. • The intern will be exposed to a wide range of issues and practice areas including, but not limited to, corporate, regulatory, banking, governance, and litigation matters. • They will support the team by reviewing contracts, extracting term dates and other relevant provisions, and adding completing data entry. • Works under general objectives established by the department, utilizing a high level of initiative and discretion in prioritizing work and in performing duties that are confidential in nature.
