• This role serves as the definitive Retail Compliance Authority for the project. • Responsible for mapping complex, multi-jurisdictional licensing requirements—particularly those with high risk (Alcohol, Health)—to ensure the new application and outsourced process are legally sound and risk-mitigated. • Define, document, and categorize all mandatory license renewal criteria. • Create a definitive map of all inter-license dependencies to inform the system's workflow logic. • Identify and document key variances in renewal processes across different states and municipalities. • Act as the Tier 3 expert for all complex jurisdictional compliance questions during the design, configuration, and pilot phases. • Serve as the primary instructor to train the Offshore Process Transition Lead and the Platform Configuration Specialist on the core licensing process.
