Job Description
• Create, develop and maintain reinsurance contract documentation.
• Assist broker teams with myriad projects.
• Draft reinsurance contracts, interests and liabilities agreements and related documents.
• Interpret and assess contracts and perform quality assurance review.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues, brokers, clients and reinsurers.
• Participate in Request for Proposal and sales presentations.
• Promote, build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients and reinsurers.
• Participate in department meetings to share opinions and ideas and work to maintain best practices.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Four Year College Degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience.
- Law Degree (J.D.) helpful but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with reinsurance contracts.
- Extensive MS Word experience and expertise.
- Experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
