• Execute routine IT tasks assigned for new hires, including coordinating system setup, account provisioning, and documentation. • Manage hardware and equipment purchases, shipping and master inventory control list. • Make recommendations on improving processes in this position. • Assist with onboarding processes and ensure new employees have access to required tools and platforms. • Maintain and monitor system performance and integrity across platforms. • Support the department’s operational workflows and contribute to process improvements. • Support the Director of IT, including with Salesforce. • Other duties as assigned.
