• Lead and develop a team of cloud operations engineers and contractors, setting performance expectations and ensuring accountability for quality and timelines   • Allocate engineering resources across incidents, service requests, and scheduled deployments based on priority and skill requirements   • Coordinate with Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Coordination to ensure operational activities are properly staffed and supported   • Monitor team workload and case status, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates in Salesforce   • Review and approve deployments before they reach customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness   • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues, and escalate proactively when risks to service are identified   • Ensure compliance with security policies and participate in audit activities as required   • ​Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.​
