Job Description

• Generate $16M+ in marketing-sourced pipeline annually ($4M per quarter), measured by sales-accepted opportunities created. • Inbound and ABM-sourced pipeline is high quality, trusted by Sales, and repeatable. • Design and scale ABM/ABX programs for ICP accounts (primarily 1:few and 1:1). • ABM/ABX becomes a consistent, measurable source of sales-accepted pipeline. • SEO & AEO are top 1–2 pipeline-producing channels. • Inbound attracts high intent buyers and accelerates sales conversion. • Paid, website, and content operate as a single inbound system. • Experience with ABX and Demand Generation platforms.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Demand Generation.
  • Revenue-Driven: Thinks in pipeline dollars, not vanity metrics.
  • ABM/ABX Strategy: Has designed and run ABM/ABX programs with Sales that generated measurable pipeline.
  • SEO Mastery: Expert in intent modeling, topic authority, and technical fundamentals.
  • AEO Fluency: Wins in AI-driven discovery, featured snippets, and zero-click results.
  • Analytical Rigor: Data-first, ROI-oriented decision-maker.
  • Strategic Content Judgment: Knows what content should (and should not) exist.
  • Collaboration: Trusted partner across Sales, Events, Product, RevOps, and CS.
  • Leadership: Creates clarity, accountability, and results.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintains a high bar for clarity and cohesion.
  • Grit: Executes in lean, imperfect environments.
