Job Description
• Act as the clinical subject matter expert for speech-language pathology within the EHR product
• Translate SLP workflows, documentation, and compliance requirements into product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle
• Gather feedback from U.S.-based SLPs and practices and incorporate insights into product improvements
• Review and validate features to ensure clinical accuracy, usability, and regulatory alignment
• Support product demos, training, and customer-facing discussions as needed
• Contribute to product roadmap prioritization from a clinical and end-user perspective
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience and background in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Familiarity of U.S. speech pathology clinical workflows and documentation standards
- Experience with EHRs, health tech, SaaS, or digital clinical platforms
- Background or demonstrated experience in product ownership, IT/engineering, or sales/customer-facing roles
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable collaborating with international teams and supporting U.S.-based customers
