• Own the end-to-end product development for core operational and service partner workflows supporting Fetch’s service offerings • Act as the primary product partner to Central Operations and Service Partner Operations leadership • Develop deep subject matter expertise for internal operators and service partners through research, data analysis, and hands-on discovery • Identify high leverage opportunities and success criteria that support our strategic product roadmaps, balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability • Lead product discovery and delivery from ideation → discovery → development → launch, driving measurable business outcomes and act as the driving force behind your projects • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver solutions that are technically sound, user-centered, and operationally efficient • Use data to inform prioritization, evaluate tradeoffs, and assess impact through experimentation and post-launch analysis • Continuously improve operational tooling and workflows as Fetch scales new service verticals and enters new markets
