Job Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles • Use your understanding of the talent landscape to source high-caliber candidates • Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes • Partner with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles • Make strategic recommendations on talent acquisition • Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy

Job Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth stage startups
Deep tech industry knowledge, especially early-stage environments
Experience maintaining quality while moving quickly in demanding environments
Strong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture)
Proven ability to identify what makes candidates successful beyond just paper qualifications
Proficiency with recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
