Job Description
• Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and other GTM systems.
• Oversee campaign setup, execution, and reporting to ensure timely delivery, accurate tracking, and performance optimization.
• Own the lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and funnel hygiene in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and enrichment across marketing and GTM systems.
• Partner with GTM Operations to identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
• Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies that enhance productivity, targeting, and attribution accuracy.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to execute projects on time and within scope.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related GTM Operations roles within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo (or similar automation tools) and Salesforce CRM.
- Proven success improving funnel performance and driving operational efficiencies across marketing and sales teams.
- Deep understanding of lead management, data operations, campaign measurement, and attribution models.
- Proficient in data visualization and analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent project management skills; able to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Preferred (not required): Experience working in DevOps, SaaS, or high-growth B2B technology environments.
- Familiarity with sales/marketing alignment frameworks (e.g., MQL/SQL lifecycle, funnel modeling).
