Job Description
• The Design Coordinator oversees multiple projects from conception through completion.
• Communicates project requirements and deadlines, collects any supporting materials, and ensures timely project movement.
• Supports the Creative Services Manager, Design Director, and Creative Director in day-to-day workflow.
• Facilitates the Editing Process and ensures all edit requests move between teams efficiently.
• Confirms design materials are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Takes ownership of projects within the Creative Department and maintains high-quality standards throughout the editing process.
Job Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years of experience with art, design and print production.
- Must understand and can speak to technical print requirements.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships.
- Ability to evaluate creative and provide actionable creative direction to team members.
- In-depth experience managing projects from design through to print execution.
- Proficiency using Trello or similar project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail; please include the word "penguin" in your cover letter.
- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, as well as web-based systems/asset management systems.
