Job Description

• Develops and implements account management and cross/up sell strategies • Builds and maintains strong external and internal relationships • Achieves customer satisfaction, revenue, membership, and earnings objectives • Serves as the primary interface for all products and services • Creates demand for organization's products and services • Develops and executes account management strategy • Responsible for Customer Strategy & Relationship Management • Understands industry trends and market dynamics • Leads coordination for communications of any Meritain news • Supports New Business Sales team with finalist meetings for new business opportunities. • Directly accountable for retention of assigned portfolio.

Job Requirements

5+ years of self-funded health care industry experience
Expert level experience in Self-Funding
Experience working with client/broker on Health Plan strategy
Interpreting and delivering clients Annual Plan Review data
Must have an Active Life, Accident and Health License
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
