Job Description
• Support Epic stability and HIM workflows
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets
• Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build
• Deliver small optimization projects that improve reliability
• Configure/update Epic build within specialty area
• Plan and execute appropriate testing (unit/integrated/regression)
• Communicate clearly and consistently with client stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Current Epic certifications in HIM Coding
- Minimum of 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work end-to-end for Epic Analyst
- Minimum of 4–5+ years independently delivering analyst work for Senior Epic Analyst
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A quality-first mindset
