Job Description
Role Description
- Understand and work effectively with the clients’ IT infrastructure including the network environment and infrastructure.
- Assist with helpdesk tasks, tracking and assignments.
- Assign and resolve support requests.
- Building excellent relationships and communication with customers.
- Participate in IP Glass helpdesk activities, including resolving the tickets as required.
- Implementation and support of enterprise technologies as per customer requirements.
- Assist with IP Glass project tasks and operational responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Information Technology or relevant experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role with strong technical foundations.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols equipment, firewalls and network security.
- Basic experience with network hardware and infrastructure such as routers, hubs, servers, VPNs and switches.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good time management skills to coordinate various project aspects.
