• Define and execute the technology strategy in collaboration with Segment and Practice Leads. • Align segment technology goals with firmwide capability strategies and client needs. • Serve as the industry-facing technology luminary, representing the company in client and market forums. • Partner with the Technology Growth Lead to manage all technology opportunities within the segment. • Oversee pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and capture strategy. • Support Technology Account Leads (TALs) and Practice Area Technology Leads (PATLs) in achieving sales and revenue targets. • Maintain a healthy and scalable technology practice by working closely with Capability Leads on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. • Foster and manage key relationships with strategic ecosystem partners (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS). • Act as a visible industry thought leader through publications, speaking engagements, and client advisory roles.
