Role Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join Procore’s Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll act as the primary delivery lead for our most complex, large-scale client engagements, orchestrating internal and external resources to ensure that professional services are delivered with precision, within budget, on time, and aligned with the client’s strategic business objectives. The primary goal of this role is to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value by guiding enterprise clients through digital transformation and ensuring measurable ROI.

As a Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute against custom Statements of Work and drive platform adoption. Use your strategic governance, consultative communication, and project management skills to lead high-stakes enterprise implementations that deliver long-term impact.

This position reports into the Senior Manager, Project Management, Professional Services and can be based out of our Austin, Tx, Carpinteria, Ca, Tampa Fl, offices or remotely within the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements, from project kickoff and discovery through to final delivery and transition.
  • Facilitate design workshops and develop comprehensive project documentation, including detailed Gantt schedules, resource allocation models, and Change Management strategies.
  • Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute against custom Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Act as the "delivery expert" during the pre-sales phase, assisting Sales and Customer Success in scoping engagements, validating timelines, and ensuring a seamless handoff to delivery.
  • Rigorously manage project margins, billable utilization, and scope. Proactively identify and manage "scope creep" through formal change control processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation and reporting; provide internal and external stakeholders with transparent updates on milestones, budget burn, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery within a SaaS or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+, with a focus on high-stakes enterprise implementations.
  • Advanced skills in managing Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance. Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction-tech platforms is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data-driven insights.
  • Experience within the Construction, Engineering, or Financial SaaS industries is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
  • PMP and/or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30–40% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions.

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: 126,514.00 - 173,956.80 USD Annual
  • On Target Earning Range: 148,840.00 - 204,655.00 USD Annual
  • This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation.
  • Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.

Additional Information

  • For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates: Procore will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
