ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an opportunity for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an active Washington State license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is full time (40 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a community mental health center. Patient population is primarily adults, but we are seeking a clinician who is comfortable seeing adolescents as well.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients
Assist with de-escalation and stabilization
Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources
Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care
Maintain documentation within partner site’s EMR
Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
Maintain all required certifications and licenses
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
PMHNP certification
Clinicians must have active state license
2+ years of experience since obtaining license
Intermediate to advanced experience with technology
Strong communication skills
Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
POSITION LOGISTICS
100% remote position
Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
