Role Description
Our client is seeking a Marketing Technical Program Manager to support large-scale marketing programs within the Global Media team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and marketing data science, driving the technical setup, execution, and performance tracking of campaigns.
- Manage technical marketing programs from planning through campaign launch and performance analysis
- Drive end-to-end campaign setup including configuration, QA, and launch coordination
- Build project plans outlining scope, dependencies, owners, and timelines
- Manage 10–20 campaigns annually, ensuring operational rigor and delivery consistency
- Coordinate across Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Global Media teams
- Partner with Marketing Data Science to ensure measurement systems and campaign telemetry are implemented correctly
- Configure campaigns in campaign management tools including targeting, pacing, reach, and asset deployment
- Coordinate campaign approvals and launch readiness with engineering and analytics teams
- Translate marketing objectives into technical execution plans
- Manage creative asset workflows, specifications, and version control across campaigns
- Conduct QA testing to ensure campaigns launch and deliver as expected
- Monitor performance and collaborate with teams on optimization opportunities
- Document campaign configurations, testing plans, and technical requirements
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Marketing Program Management, or Marketing Operations
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms or campaign management tools
- Strong experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, and data science teams
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and production timelines
- Strong organizational and project management skills including planning, prioritization, and risk management
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Job Requirements
