Job Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 2-4+ years’ experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics
- Familiarity with SQL or data manipulation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets / data analysis skills
- Ability to solve problems from first principles
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in operations-heavy environments
- Ability to flex between live escalations and operation details
