• Develop of dashboards and analytical reports that help monitor, maintain, and improve quality standards • Analyze key performance data and identify levers that impact patient service and trial delivery • Drive ad hoc and regular cadence analytics and reporting that supports current goals and business initiatives • Work with leaders across the value chain to gather the necessary information to track organizational performance with the aim of addressing cross-functional improvement opportunities • Assist in formulating proper indicators across departments and lead team effort to produce data that will shed light on indicators, to understand execution performance, strengths and opportunities • Provide business support to operations team as needed and interface with strategic customers when required • Mentor junior analysts and support in systems training around the organization
