• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States. • Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers. • Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy. • Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required. • Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed. • Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers. • Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.
